Deep BMX is a company based in Germany, run by Matti Rose. Among others, Waldemar Fatkin and Dominik Nekolny is their team rider that are most active in the contest circuit. Nonetheless, their company setup is very unique where they have a lot of riders to test all their line, at first I was skeptical about this setup, seem like too many rider for such a small line, but when I see their new line, it all make sense. DEEP was going all out to test their new line. They live up to my expectation as a German based company like Mankind and the famous Dragonfly to have a very solid line and lots to put on design and most importantly quality. Next year they have a big line up. Its very good to see such true rider owned company grow, they are driven by passion to give out the latest in trend and function. Momentumlove.com will be getting their new line soon, watch out for official release of new DEEP BMX 2012 line coming soon, you will not be dissapointed.

Running an online bmx shop, part of my job is looking at order sheets. Sometime I got the privilege to view whats coming out earlier. Being a flatland rider myself, I always pays more attention to what flatland specific companies have to offer. 2012 line is much more attractive, maybe because most companies was being conservative last year. Next year the direction is much clearer, our setup is becoming cleaner and slicker. Handlebar is becoming taller so we no longer run 1 inch spacer. 2 diamond frame is the staple right now caused more attention is given slicker finishes on the dropout , chainstay joint and head tube. Maybe bmx is getting the impact of minimalist design. I’m got a sneak peak of what deepBMX , St Martin and Jungle Rider have plan, at it looks exciting.
